Production & Processing Time

Everything at The CynicPressOfficial is printed specifically for you once you place an order.

Processing: It typically takes 2–7 business days to create your item.

High Volume: During holidays or special launches, please allow a few extra days for our printers to do their thing.

Shipping Estimates

Once your order has been printed and quality-checked, it’s handed off to the carrier.

Standard Shipping (USA): 3–5 business days.

International Shipping: 10–30 business days depending on customs and location.

Note: If you ordered multiple different items (e.g., a hoodie and a mug), they may arrive in separate packages at different times because they are produced at different facilities.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order heads out the door. If your tracking number doesn't update immediately, don't panic—it usually takes 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to refresh.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address! We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Cynic Press Official is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen or is missing despite the status, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim..
